Sandy Moldt

I grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana, and graduated from Purdue University. I have worked in Staffing Services, Industrial Sales, Financial Services, and now with Adoptions. 

I started working at Hanley Adoption Law Group in 2014. Having adopted a child, I can appreciate the expertise Hanley Adoption Law Group offers each family. My role includes assisting with Petitions and Final Decrees, answering phones, and helping where needed. The best part about my job is calling the clients with a final hearing date. It’s the day families have been waiting for and a day of celebration where the smiles are contagious. 

I am married to Brian, and we have two children. I enjoy being active outside with my family, hiking, and traveling to our cabin in Canada. 

Andrea Regan

I grew up in Buffalo, New York, and graduated from SUNY Cortland and Western Michigan University. For the past 15 years, I have worked in ministry as a Children’s Director or in an administrative role. 

I started working at Hanley Adoption Law Group in 2021. Our family had used the law group’s services for guardianship and also an adoption through DCS. My role includes general office management, filing documents, billing, answering phones, and helping where needed. For many years I have had a heart for children and their need for a permanent family. This job is a great way for me to use my skills and experience in an area I am passionate about. 

I am married to Bill, and we have two adult children. I enjoy skiing (harder to do in Indiana), golf (just learning), and spending time with family and friends. 

Andorra Pescio

Born and raised in San Francisco, California, I graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Psychology. I have always had a love for learning and problem solving, and administrative work has been a great fit for me over the years.

Working at Hanley Adoption Law Group since 2022 has been a fulfilling experience, as I get to work with a great team of capable individuals who have a tremendous heart for seeing children placed in stable, loving, and permanent homes. My key contributions are helping clients with negotiating adoption assistance, being the resident IT Technician, and helping to improve and streamline office processes.

When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my best friend/husband and my three adult children and their families. Hobbies include enjoying good food with my husband, leading worship with his Christian ministry and at our church, playing computer adventure games, and reading the entire Internet.

Dakotah Bartlett

I am from Monticello, Indiana, and graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society. I also obtained minors in Psychology, Forensic Sciences, Political Science, and Human Rights Studies.

I started working at Hanley Adoption Law Group in 2023. My role includes assisting with petitions, filing documents, answering phones, and helping where needed. This job allows me to utilize my knowledge and skills in a positive and impactful way. Additionally, I love being part of a team who all share a passion for the work that we do.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, exercising, and trying new recipes.
